From the Founders
As busy working parents and grandparents ourselves, we understand that finding time to create homemade-quality meals and treats for entertaining or family dinners can be challenging.
Our motivation stemmed from noticing a clear lack of quality baked goods and an overall disappointment with the taste of many store-bought foods currently available in the marketplace. We saw an opportunity to serve discerning customers—those who are too busy to bake themselves but still crave that genuine homemade taste.

VanEllin was established in 2024 as a specialty food company based in Annapolis, Maryland. Our products are currently available in select food stores, directly to consumers online, and through corporate and special event orders.
