Our Story

VanEllin is a wholesale and online bakery based in Annapolis, Maryland. Our cookies and breads are sold in select specialty food stores across Maryland, direct to consumer online and we fulfill special and corporate orders. Born from a shared passion for delicious homemade cookies and breads, this mother & daughter team joined forces to launch VanEllin.

Underwhelmed by the quality of baked goods in the marketplace, we created an artisanal food company that focuses on freshness and unique flavors over uniformity and mass production. Our mission is to elevate the marketplace with our high-quality custom style cookies and breads while bringing convenience to busy families.

Bringing each of our own culinary and business experiences to the table, and sharing a vision to bring homemade and fresh taste back to store-bought food, we are confident we will put the perfect cookie or delicious loaf of bread into the hands of our customers. We take great pride in the fact that our products are not cookie-cutter (literally and figuratively)!
